Virginia Woman Pleads Guilty in Relation to Staged Kidnapping in Guatemala

WASHINGTON – Thomas W. Richardson of Mansfield, Texas, pleaded guilty to one count of theft of government property and one count of aggravated identity theft before the Honorable Jane J.
