UN rights chief speaks out against US failure to close Guantanamo detention facility

The International Criminal Court (ICC) today
ruled that four prominent Kenyans,
including the deputy prime minister, are to stand
trial for
crimes against humanity and
other offences allegedly
committed following general elections in late 2007.
