SAN FRANCISCO – Scios Inc., a subsidiary of
pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson, pleaded
guilty today to a misdemeanor violation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) for introducing into interstate commerce its heart
