Manhattan U.S. Attorney and FBI Assistant Director in Charge Announce Arrest of Philadelphia Man in Connection with $4 Million U.S. Treasury Strips Investment Fraud Scheme

Earlier today in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn, Thomas Kontogiannis, a New York real estate developer who led a mortgage fraud conspiracy resulting in more than $98 million in losses, was sentenced to 108 months of imprisonment for conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
