WASHINGTON – Richard Stewart, a
resident of Mitchellville, Md., pleaded
guilty today for failing to pay over employment taxes in connection with his ownership of Montgomery Mechanical Services, the Justice Department and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced today.
